We’re proud to see our lightweight roof tiles featured on the newly built garden annexe for Richard and Moira in Braintree, Essex. A story highlighted as part of Farleigh Hospice’s features for Hospice Care Week 2025.
Farleigh Hospice provides care to people affected by life limiting illnesses and bereavement across mid Essex. Gill, Farleigh’s Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist and Tessa, Farleigh’s MND Coordinator, have been advising Richard and Moira on what adaptations to make to the design and build - including the specialist equipment they will need - to ensure that their new home will remain suitable as Richard’s Motor Neurone Disease progresses.

The annexe, built in the garden of the couple’s son, was installed by Garden Annexes, using our British-made lightweight roof tiles. The project highlights both thoughtful accessibility adaptations and high-quality roofing solutions.
