Anti slip panels are one of the simplest, most cost effective ways of providing an anti slip surface in nearly any situation. From decking, ramps and wooden stairs, to anywhere there is a danger of slipping. The panels are easy to cut, and can be glued or drilled into place with very little mess.

And the best part?
They are manufactured from recycled plastics, so not only are they light on your pocket, but easy on the environment too.

Our Non Slip Panels have been used for many years with local county councils one being Worcester County Council. I am going to show you a walk way bridge in Peopleton where our Anti Slip Panels were used. They have been down now for 7 years!

Here, is a customer testimonial when using our Anti Slip Panels:

I found your panels very simple to install" "Many thanks for all your help with our project." "We would whole-heartedly recommend these to our other clients"

What the Director of LightWeight Tiles had to say about his visit and seeing his product in action:

LWT ltd have been selling anti-slip panels to the Worcester County Council for over 5 years now.

I was very keen to drive up to Worcester County Council to meet the team who are responsible for buying and installing our product with a view to seeing the anti-panels in use.

I met a lady called Alice who drove me to see a couple of locations where they first installed our anti-slip panels.

I was delighted to see that the panels were still in use and still very effective to this day.

They use our anti-slip panels around the county for the many wooden bridges found along the public foot paths .

Lots of the wooden bridges are over little springs that are mostly shaded. What with rain and mud added to the mix these public foot bridges become extremely treacherous.

Worcester County council have discovered the versatility, simplicity in cutting to size and installing our ant-slip system.

The hazardous bridges are instantly transformed into an effective sure-footed safe surface to walk across.

As our ant-slip panels are so effective they are also used on stiles too which are also very dangerous when wet .

Our anti-slip panels are also available in various and sizes and colours. We make them here in the UK in our factory based in Lydney Gloucestershire.

We will also be working with the Worcester Council in making bespoke sized and coloured panels to save money and create new applications for our anti-slip panels.

Kind Regards

Bruce Bennett

This old building in our garden is known to us as the Ranch House. It is known to be at least 75 years old and may well be more. The roof in particular was falling apart, it was covered in corrugated bitumen sheeting which was well past its used by date. We had two choices; demolish it or renovate it. We decided to renovate but felt that it deserved something better than corrugated sheeting on the roof. This was why we selected Lightweight Tiles after several email exchanges with Laura and Susan plus going to meet Laura at the Renovation Show in Birmingham.

The hard part was completely rebuilding the roof structure as we decided to change the pitch of the roof. Fitting the tiles was easy. Two of us fitted 70 tiles on the long side in 5 hours which included a leisurely lunch and several cups of tea. I fitted the remaining 30 on the other side on my own in about the same time. I have one tip though, it is worth drilling a small pilot hole for each screw, you can then fit the screws much more neatly.

We are very pleased with the transformation, I keep going down the garden to look at it!
