Lightweight Roofing System Four years on and looking like new!

This is an excellent example of how great our tiles look on as a covering over a jacuzzi/hot tub in the forest of Dean. The customer needed a light weight roofing system to accommodate a low pitch roof. Weight consideration was a high priority. The customer was absolutely delighted with his choice of our product with the ease and speed of the installation. Were sure you’ll agree that the result looks very good indeed. We asked the customer why he chose our tiles his reply was “he wanted to use a local company and had heard about LWT Ltd and their fantastic service, along with a great product”

I visited the property today and took these pictures as I thought the Barley Straw colour looked brilliant over the Jacuzzi. The customer decided not to use our hip tiles and used some timer instead. One can see also how Ubiflex has been used very effectively at the top of the apex.

A pyramid roof consisting of four sides (4 triangles) is quite a tricky and time consuming to install, as there can be a lot of cutting involved resulting in wastage.

The beauty in using our light weight tiles is the cutting. Our tiles are made from polypropylene, so cutting is extremely easy. The other huge advantage is that the off cuts can be incorporated on the rest of roof install.
